What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

If you contact us via our contact forms, we use your information only to reply to you directly regarding your query. We do not share your detals with anyone else, nor contact you again ourselves. We do not save your email address in our contacts.

If you wish to hear from us going forward, then do sign up for our mailing list as that is the only way we will proactively contact you.

If you do sign up for our mailing list, we will only contact you for the agreed purposes: to share information to help your writing career. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Our mailing list is run through MailChimp and they take their security very seriously as per this information.

Emails directly to us are sent into our Gmail account, and we have dual notification procedures to show if anyone tries to access this account.
