‘Then I will look at you with your eyes…..and you will look at me with mine..’

J.L Moreno

This workshop provides an opportunity to widen our understanding of others by enabling us to look at the world through their eyes. We will use action methods developed by JL Moreno to explore difference and connection between different groups in society. The group will be facilitated to choose the issues or situation they wish to explore together. While the subject matter may be serious there is also an opportunity to play and have fun together as a group.

The workshop would appeal to anyone wishing for greater understanding of the roots of conflict and unrest in today’s society and interested in exploring ways for change.

Pen FitzGerald is qualified in Morenian Action Methods, with 20 years of experience.

Price for day €40.

Thomas MacDonagh Weekend

Every year over the May Bank Holiday weekend, Cloughjordan celebrates the life of Thomas MacDonagh, native of Cloughjordan who was one of the signatories of the Proclamation of Independence, and who was executed for his part in the Rising.

This weekend is always interesting and is full of fascinating lectures on various themes connected to Thomas MacDonagh and Cloughjordan of the time (including those who fought in WWI).

Keep on eye on this page and social media for further details nearer the time about this year's programme.
